These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the URIM mobile application ("URIM," "the app"), provided by Kzo Lab, LLC ("we," "us"), Tampa, Florida. By downloading or using URIM, you agree to these Terms.
URIM is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law.
URIM generates literary readings using artificial intelligence. These readings are offered for reflection and interest. They are interpretive and creative in nature, are not statements of fact, and should not be relied upon as professional, psychological, or other advice.
URIM offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited readings. This is a single purchase, not a subscription, and is not recurring. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.
URIM, its name, design, and content are owned by Kzo Lab, LLC. The books and passages you enter remain associated with your use of the app as described in our Privacy Policy.
URIM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kzo Lab, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, URIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
